Photo Editing

Jack Taylor's Hibernia

I was recently approached by a friend wondering if I could do some photo editing for him. So on we go and he sends me this large file with a high quality photo of his RC vessel "Hibernia".

From the start the photo had a few problems, and still does professionally. The back lighting was pretty bad and the whole photo was foggy. So I opened up photoshop, edited the Levels, and Histogram, and took out that distracting chimney.

He liked how it looked after and I sent it back. It brings out the true colors in Hibernia.

Lost Images, New Post

So anyway. The past blog posts could not be restored by blogger/google employees. Therefore all the pasts posts were lost except Jan 1-10 because those posts will still in cache.

So for now I will continue posting photo's but they may not be everyday, therefor the blog title and URL will be changing shortly and it will no longer by 1 photo a day, 365 days a year. I really don't have the time to take that many photos that are different enough to post a new one every day. No photos will ever repeat themselves, on purpose. Although I may accidentally post one that has already been posted but had been lost.

So for today I will post this. This is a boxcar at the Northwest Railway Museum.
